Andy Baker (19)

Andy is a rider with enormous potential as an all around hard guy. He posseses an agressive instinct and mental toughness that you might not expect from someone just out of the junior ranks. He is a native son of cycling-mad Greenville, SC and is expected to follow in the footsteps of his training partners George Hincapie and Craig Lewis.



 

Jackie Simes (20)

Hometown : Breinigsville, PA


Highlights : 1st Stage #6 Gent Uiv Cup; 1st Tour de Lamb; 5th North American Omnium Championships


Jackie is an all-rounder with a solid background on the track. He competes on the U23 Six Days Circuit riding the world's most important events. Jackie will be a big part of our young speed in the team but his versatility and strong technique will allow him to slot into the roster for any event that the team rides.



 

Nick Frey (21)

Hometown : Des Moines, IA


Highlights : U23 National Time Trial Champion; 1st Overall Eastern Collegiate Cycling Conference; 2nd Collegiate National Team Time Trial

Nick is an engineering student at Princeton and almost in his spare time was able to win the U23 Time Trial Championships and represent the USA at the World Championships. He raced very little last season and has an enourmous ammount of experience to gain. Nick is looking forward to a full 2008 and to show that he more than a big motor in the time trials.



 

Eric Barlevav (22)

Hometown : North Ridge, CA


Highlights : 1st Merco Cycling Classic Downtown Grand Prix (Cat. 2); 1st Overall San Dimas Stage Race (cat. 2); 4th Tour de Murrietta Criterium

Eric is a former Mountain Biker with only two full seasons on the road. He seems to excel in group sprints but with so little experience its hard to know where he will make his mark. As he gets stronger and develops his aerobic motor expect Eric Barlevav to be a one-day rider in the style of Bettini.



 

David Duncan (23)

Hometown : Fort Mill, SC


Highlights : 6th Raleigh Twilight Criterium; 12th Iron Hill Twilight Criterium

David is another former mountain biker who knows how to grit his teeth. A great thinker and problem-solver, he does his best racing in tough events where the rewards go to those willing to take risks. David has recently graduated from NC State and will be full-time on the bike in 2008, putting law school on hold.



 

David Guttenplan (23)

Hometown : Gainesville, FL


Highlights : 2nd Commerce Bank Reading Classic Elite Race; 10th Cheaha Challenge Criterium ; 11th Espoir National Criterium Championships

David is a wily competitor who has made a mark in the southeastern criterium circuit. He has a great instinct for positioning himself in group finishes. In 2008 he is looking to expand his horizons and improve his craft in stage races.



 

Mike Stoop (24)

Hometown : Virginia Beach, VA


Highlights : 8th Crystal City Criterium; 9th Iron Hill Twilight Criterium

Stoop is one of the greatest unkown talents on the pro cicuit. He has the raw power and the speed to excel in any event in North America. He will be one of our Go-To riders for big results and we excpect him to have some of the greatest expoits of the 2008 season. Stoop is ready to perform and he will have a break-out year.



 

Jered Gruber (25)

Hometown : Athens, GA


Highlights : 1st Fork Shoals Road Race; 1st Augusta Stage Race

Jered is a rider who has unlocked great hidden potential over the course of one season. He is an aggressive "strong man" type and a great team player. Jered also knows how to take matters into his own hands and go for the win when he needs to. We look to Jered in 2008 to be a back-bone of the team and set the example



 

Tom Soladay (25)

Hometown : Silver Springs, MD


Highlights : 2nd Great Downer Ave Bike Race- Superweek; 3rd Elite National Criterium Championships;3rd Stage #1 Tour of Ohio; 4th Stage #4 Fitchburg Longsjo Classic; 4th Raleigh Twilight Criterium; 8th Ricola Twilight Criterium


Tom is a former wrester and triathlete. He is a naturally gifted athlete and needs only some time to gain expereince and prove his worth to a big squad.



 

Daniel Ramsey (29)

Hometown : Santa Barbara, CA


Highlights : 1st Overall La Vuelta de Bisbee; 1st Sea Otter Cycling Classic Circuit Race

Daniel is a seasoned veteran of the US Pro scene after having raced for 6 seasons in Italy as an amateur. He is tactically astute and has a lot to pass on to the younger riders in the team. He knows all the moving parts of the peloton and how complicated things can become. He also knows how not to overthink things and when to take risks to find success.



 

Jon Hamblen (32)

Hometown : Winston-Salem, NC


Highlights : 1st Prologue Green Mountain Stage Race; 1st Univest GP; 2nd US Armed Forces GP, 2nd and 3rd Elite National Road Race Championships 2001 & 1998; 4th BMC Software Tour of Arlington; 3rd Overall Killington Stage Race; 3rd Overall Tour de Toona; Five Time Yarmouth Clam Festival Winner

Hamblen is an underground legend of pro cycling in the USA- he is the soul surfer of bike racing. Jon has the goods, period. and he does it for the love of the sport- leading by pedaling hard and setting the expectations high.



 

Adam Myerson (36)

Hometown : Dorchester. MA


Highlights : 4th Overall USA Crits 2007; (2003) 1st Stage #8 FBD Milk Race; (1997) National Collegiate Cyclocross Champion

Adam is a born tough bike racer who has come up the hard way. He has scrapped through the muck and learned everything himself to become one of the circuits most consistent finishers. The team will be looking to Adam to organize the end of the bike race and deliver in group finishes.
